Our industry leading client, located in the Montgomeryville, PA area, is looking for a Director of Finance to lead the FP&A team! This HYBRID role, will have the following daily responsibilities:

• Manage the budgeting process, including forecasting and variance analysis.

• Present financial results to senior management, providing insights and recommendations on financial performance.

• Oversee the budgeting/forecasting systems for the company.

• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements.

• Collaborate with various departments to analyze financial performance and achieve operational efficiencies.

• Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis and projections.

• Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

The successful Director of Finance will have the following experience and background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or similar

• Advanced degree (MBA) and/or certification (CPA) strongly preferred.

• 8+ years of relevant experience.

• Experience budgeting/forecasting and process improvements.

• Advanced experience with NetSuite or similar, as well as advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
