• Bring in-depth knowledge of CMS Star Ratings measures, guidelines, and improvement strategies.
• Create and implement robust, detailed process flows for each aspect of the CMS Star Ratings program, including: HEDIS (Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set), CAHPS (Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems), Pharmacy Quality Alliance (PQA) Measures
• Administrative and operational processes critical for Star Ratings improvement.
• Utilize industry-standard tools (e.g., Visio, Lucid chart) to design intuitive, scalable workflows.
• Establish KPIs to measure the success of implemented workflows.
