Summary: Manages a variety of general office activities by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
? Takes inbound calls from new patients and makes outbound calls to potential patients from leads generated from the marketing system to set up appointments
? Meets with patients after the Provider visit to go over insurance coverage with patient and set them up in the treatment program
Other Duties:
? Analyzes and organizes office operations.
? Develops resources that create timely and efficient workflow.
? Oversees procedures for systematic retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
? Initiates cost reduction programs.
? Prepares activities reports for guidance of management.
? Coordinates activities of various clerical and medical staff.
? Maintains contact with customers and outside vendors.
? Participates in Improvement of Operational Performance.

CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES:
Active State Registered Nurse License or equivalent
Education/Experience:
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree with One to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Math Ability:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software and Accounting software.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervises 2 to 15 employees.. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
