Customer Service Representative
Leading manufacturing company in Angier is hiring a Customer Service Representative to process orders for material or merchandise received by mail, phone, or personally from customer or company employee. Responsibilities include:
- Helping provide vital internal sales and admin support to sales executives
- Communicating with customers about order tracking
- Informing customers of pricing, shipping date, delays, and any other information needed for orders
- Calculating prices, discounts, and shipping costs
- Managing and tracking customer orders
- Checking inventory control and notifying stock control department of orders that would deplete
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Strong customer service experience
- Experience in the service industry is helpful
- Experience in the manufacturing industry preferred
- Outlook proficiency
