Responsibilities:
  • Candidate will execute all administrative tasks relating to the Client Fire Suppression parts and product and positively interact with customers both verbally and written.
  • Handle customer complaints.
  • Review and close disputes with the collections team.
  • Follow up and coordinate internal resolution to customer complaints.
  • Handle RMAs/credits.
  • Manage cases in Salesforce.
Requirements:
