Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding / New Hire Orientation.
  • Collecting and verifying I-9s.
  • Communications New Hire & Stakeholders.
  • Offboarding.
  • Maintain Employee Records.
  • HR Systems Support.
  • Provide training and consultation regarding system issues & transactions.
  • Data Integrity / Audits.
  • Compliance.
  • nswer general HR questions from employees and managers.
  • Day-to-day inquiries, including policies and procedures.
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, IT, Facilities, Payroll, etc.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes.
  • Escalate, as appropriate .

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of progressive HR experience required.
  • Strong project and process management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong customer service, critical thinking skills, and ability to see the big picture.
  • Experience on a globally distributed, matrixed team.
  • Knowledge of human resources policies and procedures.
  • Workday HCM experience required.
  • Compliance experience a plus.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • HR experience in high tech, finance/banking, or medical industries strongly preferred.
  • Bachelors degree in business, HR or related field or equivalent.
