Vice President Partner Management InMobi Exchange Posted onMar 23, 2022Apply for this jobyour email:upload resume:ProfileVice President, Partner Management at InMobi ExchangeLocation: New York/San Francisco/LondonPosition SummaryThis is a senior position leading the partnerships function across the buy side (read DSPs) and sell side (read publishers) of InMobi’s largest and fastest growing revenue engine. In this role, you’ll be a thought partner to the GM of our supply platform and marketplace. You will work closely with the leaders of all functions in the business: business development, regional sales leaders, product management, engineering, product marketing, and corporate marketing as you and your team provide the brain trust to bring to life our aggressive revenue growth year after year. In addition, you will be seen as the key driver of the strategy of this large business and ensure operating excellence continues apace to be successful in the long term.Reporting to you will be about 30 people with 6 solid-line high caliber manager/senior manager(s) to assist in your day-to-day work. Most of the direct reports are based out of US and UK while some team members are based out of India so expect some travel on a quarterly basis.How You'll Lead:Platform strategy: Own the business and growth strategy for InMobi Exchange, one of the largest mobile app SSPs in the industry. As a core member of the platform leadership team, provide thought leadership to help drive the creation of the product roadmap, with an eye on immediate revenue growth as well as long term strategic value. Ensure our platform has the most efficient tools, systems, and processes to drive sustainable growth. Lead the global platform partnerships team (buy side-DSPs and sell-side- mobile publishers). Direct team of 30 partner managers spread across multiple geographies, responsible for career growth and mentorship.Drive the upsell strategy for buy-side and sell-side partners, direct the team in executing the same. Understand client needs, key metrics, and the competitive landscape through market research and data driven insights to continuously improve the client experience and make recommendations for next horizon business opportunities.O&O Monetization and interlocks: Lead the global efforts of programmatic monetization of InMobi's premium O&O properties (Glance, Swish), working closely with the respective O&O teams. Drive the creation of product-market fit for the O&O portfolio working with the Product Marketing team.GTM and sales influence: Partner with regional sales MDs and BD heads to influence hunting strategy of new clients (buy and sell side). Work closely with the Business Development/sales leadership in optimizing the sales process and monitoring the effectiveness of their efforts. Partner with marketing and sales to help drive GTM of new programmatic offerings to agencies and brands, and fuel the development of SPO partnerships.The Experience You'll Bring:15-20 years of experience leading global teams in tech, with significant exposure to mobile and programmatic ad tech ecosystem (buy and sell-side).BA/BS degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience.
