Salary Range: $120,000 - $145,000 / year DOE
Manufacturing Controller Responsibilities: - Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring full alignment with company goals
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal financial policies, implementing best practices across all operations
- Develop and execute financial strategies that support business expansion, long-term growth, and strategic financial decision-making
- Manage audits, risk assessments, and operational cost analysis, ensuring financial accuracy and internal controls
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement in financial processes
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership, offering data-driven financial insights to support organizational goals and growth initiatives
Manufacturing Controller Requirements: - 5-6 years of overall accounting experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role managing teams
- Strong proficiency with ERP systems and data mining, with the ability to generate actionable financial insights
- Deadline-driven and high-energy individual capable of working independently and contributing as a team leader
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present financial data clearly and effectively
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and financial software applications
