We are motivated by the sense of responsibility and servant leadership.Job DescriptionServe as the point of contact for inventory related issues for internal customer.Inventory management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of inventory, including receiving, storing, counting, and distributing productsSupport site manager with assigned tasks beyond day-to-day routine dutyInventory control: Develop and implement procedures for managing inventory, including tracking levels and ensuring accuracy such as performing daily cycle counts.Inventory reporting: Create and maintain reports on inventory levels, stock-outs, and inventory turnoverInventory analysis: Analyze shipping volume pattern by different product group and adjust stock storing strategy Inventory policy: Accurately execute company's inventory policies and procedures for managing inventoryInventory audits: Conduct regular audits of inventory data and physical counts to ensure accuracyInventory team: Supervise a team of inventory personnel and train new team membersSupport SOP/Work Instructions maintenance and ensure operational best practices in line with customer requirements as well as ensure operational SOP complianceEnsure the accuracy of data entry into systemsMonitor trends and report changes to management for actionQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED Required; Bachelor Degree Preferred+2 years of experience in inventory control or related positionProficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel/PowerPoint/Word/OutlookSelf-motivated and works well under pressure with minimal supervisionHighly organized with ability to manage multiple projects, while paying close attention to detailAbility to prioritize effectively while meeting deadlinesExcellent analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong customer orientation and strong negotiating skillsDemonstrate appropriate phone and email etiquette with internal and external customers; strong customer service, people skillsWarehouse and/or manufacturing knowledge preferredAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. *** NO C2C ***
