  • Weekend REQ: Traveler may be required to participate in weekend rotation, every other weekend.

  • Certs REQ: RPh, IL State License.
  • Special Requirements: Hospital experience required.
    Schedule Information
  • Guaranteed Hours: If confirmed to 3x12-hour shifts, SSM will guarantee a min. of 36 hours/ week. If confirmed to 4x12-hour shifts, SSM will guarantee a min. of 48 hours/ week. If confirmed to shift lengths less than 12-hours, SSM will guarantee a min. of 40 hours/week.
    Unit Specific Information
  • Pending License accepted: Manager’s discretion
  • RTO Restrictions: Please request RTO up front if possible. Travelers may be required to participate in holiday and weekend rotation.

  • Required for Vaya.Aya Placements: I9 Required
  • Government Issued Photo ID
  • Required for Vaya. Please require if candidate is working on a compact license and will be working in a state different from the state of the license.
