The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the project manager and project team with project documentation and control, job cost accounting, scheduling, and construction supervision efforts for the NYCDEP Gilboa Dam Restoration project.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site management to ensure project success
• Ensure project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlines
• Responsible for RFI and submittal process
• Track daily quantities of work for payment and inspection
• Issue purchase orders and coordinate deliveries
• Plan/order materials and supplies for upcoming work
• Perform quantity takeoffs
• Create weekly look-ahead schedules and CPM monthly schedule updates
• SWPPP Inspection daily log and Inspection Report
• Processes owner billings and project related accounting issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or equivalent experience
• 1 - 3 years' of experience as a project coordinator, project engineer, or project manager
• Strong experience in Microsoft Office Suite
• HCSS Heavy job experience is a plus
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
