LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician IV with strong expertise in diesel technology and engine systems . This role is ideal for experienced technicians who excel in troubleshooting, installations, and repairs in the field. As a Technician IV, you will work on a variety of machinery and construction equipment, providing exceptional service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance, installations, and repairs on diesel engines and construction equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues in the field.
• Collaborate with Service Supervisors, Parts Departments, customers, and engineering/warranty teams.
• Independently complete assignments with minimal supervision.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and maintain professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a field service technician or diesel technician is required.
• Must be fully capable of independently completing assignments.
• Expertise in diesel technology and engine systems is essential.
• Certifications in Cummins, CAT, or similar are strongly preferred.
• Experience with multiple OEMs is highly desirable.
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Must be open to travel within the area to customer sites (company vehicle and fuel card provided).
• Limited out-of-town or overnight travel may be required.
• Reliable, ethical, and hardworking with a customer-focused mindset.
