Job Description We are seeking a Personal Injury Demand Writer to join a growing company in Burbank! This role involves crafting persuasive demand letters and summarizing medical injuries and case facts for personal injury cases. If you have a background in personal injury law and enjoy a dynamic, team-oriented environment, this position is for you! Full training provided.
Shift: Full-time, 8-hour shifts
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Identify medical issues and demonstrate familiarity with medical terminology.
- Calculate damages and draft compelling demand letters.
- Summarize and present facts related to personal injury cases.
- Clearly and persuasively explain medical injuries.
Qualifications: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal injury law or drafting personal injury demands (required).
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using CASEpeer case management software (preferred).
