Compensation:
Our client is a large insurer seeking two talented Regulatory Attorneys to join their dynamic organization. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that provides exceptional legal counsel and support. As Regulatory Attorneys, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing expert legal advice. You will work closely with various departments to support this client's mission of delivering high-quality healthcare services. The role is hybrid and location is the organization's Cleveland headquarters.
Responsibilities:

• Work independently to identify and analyze legal issues, assess risk, and provide recommendations and counsel.
• Develop standard documents and compliance guidelines and negotiate on behalf of the corporation.

Qualifications:
Requires a J.D. degree, at least 6 years of legal experience, and admission to practice law in Ohio. Law firm experience required. Experience in healthcare or insurance law is a plus. Must have the ability to research and apply legal principles, solve problems, and occasionally travel to offsite locations.
Outstanding academic credentials and at least 3-4 years of mid-large law firm experience preferred.
