Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly
Responsibilities: What You'll Be Doing (a.k.a. Your Superpowers)
Crunching Numbers Like a Pro
- Analyze financial statements, sales data, and expenses to spot trends and opportunities.
- Build dashboards and KPIs that help drive smarter business decisions.
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with actionable insights.
Budgeting, Forecasting & Cash Flow Wizardry
- Assist in budget creation, forecasting, and strategic planning .
- Build cash flow models to ensure we always stay ahead.
- Help tweak pricing strategies and cost controls to boost profitability.
Driving Business Strategy with Data
- Conduct ROI analysis on investments, marketing campaigns, and new product offerings.
- Work with the operations team to streamline financial processes & reduce inefficiencies .
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without sacrificing quality.
Automations & AI? Big Bonus Points!
- Have experience automating reports, dashboards, and workflows ? That's a major plus!
- Comfortable using AI tools for data analysis, predictive modeling, or financial automation ? Even better!
Qualifications: What You Need to Bring to the Table
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA a plus! )
- 3-5+ years of financial analysis experience (Bonus points for experience in home services, construction, or trades! )
- Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, QuickBooks, and ERP systems
- Love working with data visualization tools & building financial dashboards
- Analytical mind with next-level problem-solving skills
- Ability to turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
