The Sales Director is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve the company’s growth and customer retention objectives. A key focus of the role is expanding the customer base while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The Director will also create and implement innovative business development strategies to penetrate new markets and increase brand awareness, lead sales activities across assigned markets to maximize profitability, and collaborate with the Marketing team to generate qualified leads and enhance brand visibility. Additionally, the Director will build and direct a high-performing sales team, providing leadership and ensuring alignment with organizational goals, vision, and values.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 5 years of sales high leadership experience in the transportation industry, with knowledge of international and domestic services, including customs brokerage.
• Proven track record of achieving sales growth and exceeding targets.
• Ability to analyze complex documents and respond to sensitive inquiries.
• Skilled in crafting effective and persuasive presentations for leadership and public audiences.
• Proficient in calculations involving financial data, statistics, percentages, and metrics, as well as interpreting financial statements.
• Highly analytical with the ability to solve abstract and complex problems using logical thinking.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy, including CRM proficiency and knowledge of a defined sales process.
