The primary focus will be on delivering a superior client experience. This role involves leading and organizing special events to boost retail sales in both beauty and fragrance categories.Key responsibilities include overseeing the training and coaching of Guerlain staff within the geographic region extending from Washington DC to Boston. The manager will ensure consistency and high performance by leading a team of three regional training and event coordinators. Regular travel and in-store visibility are essential components of this role.Based in New York City, the Senior Manager, Education will be tasked with developing and disseminating comprehensive product and company knowledge to all employees.
