Physical Therapist (Outpatient Clinic) Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (PT) required
Unencumbered Florida Physical Therapy license
1+ years of experience in an Outpatient Clinic Setting as a Physical Therapist
BLS provider certification is required
Interest and ability to work in an outpatient clinic setting
