Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Planner to oversee and coordinate our manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely production of goods, managing a team of production staff, and maintaining a smooth workflow on the production floor.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain production schedules to meet production targets and customer demands
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure the availability of materials, equipment, and labor for production
• Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of production staff, providing guidance and support as needed
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement training programs to enhance team performance
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Analyze production data and prepare reports for management
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions as necessary

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
