Job Description
Locums - Las Cruces, New Mexico, Hematology/Oncology Opening

    • 2/20/25 - 5/1/25
    • Hours 8a-5p Mon-Fri
    • Weekend Call - 24 Hour Call
    • There will be some call during the weekdays/ to be shared by the employed provider(s)
    • Call consists of questions from RN about: patients who call in with questions, patients who are getting Chemo that day, consults from the ED (these are very minimal)
    • Patients: 17
    • Support Staff: Medical Assistants (1), several RNs
    • Pharm - will do educational starts for Chemo
    • Housed under the same roof as radiation oncology
    • Phone Consults: 2
    • Call Ratio: 1:2
    • Admissions: 1
    • 20 Minute call response time required
    • Assigned/Unassigned Patients
    • Clinic patients per shift: 17 max
    • Board Certified/Board Eligible
    • Fellowship Preferred
    • BLS Required
    • Trauma Level IV
    • EMR: Mosiaq
