We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiting Manager to lead recruiting efforts across our specialized technical functions, including Security & IT, Product Management, and Design. In this role, you'll build and develop a team of recruiters while partnering closely with hiring managers to develop and execute strategic hiring plans that support Anthropic's mission to create safe and beneficial AI systems.Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of technical recruiters, providing coaching, performance management, and career developmentPartner with leadership to develop comprehensive recruiting strategies aligned with organizational growth plans and hiring prioritiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with hiring leaders across technical functions to understand their needs and ensure effective talent acquisitionEstablish recruiting best practices that emphasize diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the hiring processDrive continuous improvement in recruiting processes, metrics, and candidate experienceYou may be a good fit if you:

Have 10+ years of technical recruiting experience, with 4+ years managing recruiting teamsHave experience scaling recruiting functions in high-growth environmentsDemonstrate a passion for AI's potential to positively impact the world and realistic assessment of its risks and limitationsBring deep expertise in recruiting for technical rolesHave strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive recruiting strategyAre skilled at building relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholdersThrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and adapt well to changeHave experience implementing and optimizing recruiting processes and systemsDemonstrate excellent communication and presentation skillsAre passionate about Anthropic's mission to develop safe and beneficial AI systemsStrong candidates may also have:

Education requirements:

We require at least a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Location-based hybrid policy:

Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.Visa sponsorship:
