You will lead hiring efforts across APAC, collaborating with teams like Monetization Strategy and Business Marketing. This role involves optimizing hiring strategies and fostering cross-region initiatives. Our hybrid work model requires office presence 4 days a week, subject to change.Specific ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with various business units and leaders to align sourcing and hiring strategies with GBS goals.Assess talent needs with business leaders, advising on effective hiring strategies.Utilize techniques to attract top talent.Effectively screen and select candidates, ensuring cultural fit with TikTok.Manage multiple complex headcount plans across markets, ensuring quality execution.Provide a high-touch candidate experience, overseeing the process from application to offer.Represent APAC in a Global TA team, providing regional thought leadership and optimizing processes.Collaborate with HR stakeholders to improve standard operating procedures.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications5+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience.Experience managing high volume roles and stakeholders across functions.Proficiency with sourcing tools and technologies, including ATS and CRM platforms.Preferred QualificationsExperience hiring in sales, marketing, operations, and analytical roles.Cross-functional and regional work experience in fast-paced environments.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Experience managing multi-market headcount plans strategically.Expertise in APAC talent markets and sources.Ability to influence and work with diverse stakeholders on multiple initiatives.TikTok fosters an inclusive environment valuing diverse skills, experiences, and perspectives, connecting global communities.
