This is a hybrid role , requiring three days in the office and two days working from home. Our support staff is the foundation of our law firm, and this individual will have the opportunity to join this dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Finalize correspondence, reports, memos, and court filings
- Answer telephone calls, emails, and faxes
- Order office supplies
- Request expense checks
- Maintain filing systems
- Prepare motions
- Daily intake of attorney mail
- Maintain attorney calendars for court appearances, due dates, and client meetings
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum one year of experience working in a Florida law office
- Must be a true team player
- Must maintain a professional demeanor
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Past experience with a document management system (NetDocuments preferred)
