We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced finance leader to take on the role of Vice President, Finance. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, possesses exceptional analytical skills, and demonstrates outstanding leadership abilities.

Duties and Responsibilities

Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with the CFO to lead the annual budgeting process and manage monthly forecasting activities to align with organizational goals.Reporting: Prepare and present financial dashboards to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and trends, and partner with the Accounting team for variance analysis.Strategic Initiatives: Analyze and support business growth opportunities, including new product launches and market expansion strategies.Cost Management: Identify and implement opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.Team Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team while fostering collaboration and accountability.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, operations, and sales teams to align financial strategies with broader business objectives.Corporate Finance: Provide support for due diligence processes when necessary.Process Improvement: Work with the Accounting team to enhance reporting processes and ensure efficiency and accuracy in financial analysis.

Skills and Qualifications

A minimum of 8+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience, ideally in consumer products.Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and scenario analysis.Strong understanding of direct-to-consumer (DTC) and wholesale business models.Proven ability to lead and grow high-performing teams.Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to address issues both strategically and in detail.Superior analytical and communication abilities.Background in investment banking or management consulting is strongly preferred.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
