Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pastry Cook to join our team at Bianca. The ideal candidate will have experience in baking and pastry preparation, a keen eye for detail, and a love for creating delicious treats. This role involves preparing a variety of baked goods, ensuring quality and consistency, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake pastries, cakes, cookies, bread, and other baked goods following established recipes.

• Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation of all products.

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following health and safety guidelines.

• Monitor inventory levels 

• Collaborate with the team to meet daily production goals and customer demand.

• Adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a pastry cook, baker, or in a similar role preferred.

• Knowledge of baking techniques, dough handling, and pastry preparation.

• Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

• Culinary degree or certification in baking/pastry arts is a plus but not required.
