Compensation and Benefits:

We offer competitive hourly rates with differentials for weekend shifts.

Minimum Offer: $40.30/hr.

Maximum Offer: $40.30/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to assigned patients using the nursing process.
• Serve as a role model to promote a positive work environment and quality patient care.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
• Care for patients across various age groups, including neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric.

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN licensure in New Mexico or reciprocal agreement by NM.
• CPR certification for Healthcare/BLS within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain physical demands of heavy work.
