Job Summary:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Staffing Department - SRMC . This is a full-time, 0.90 FTE position working nights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to assigned patients within the nursing process.
- Assume clinical leadership for other staff and provide relief charge duties when designated.
- Serve as a role model to promote a positive work environment and quality patient care.
- Ensure adherence to Hospitals and departmental policies and procedures.
- Participate in educational programs, attend in-services, meetings, and workshops to enhance professional growth and development.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN licensure in New Mexico or reciprocal agreement.
- CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider certification within 30 days.
- PALS certification within 6 months.
- Basic Arrhythmia Certification within 1 year.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification within 6 months.
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification within 6 months of hire.
Working Conditions:
The Registered Nurse will be exposed to chemicals and bio-hazardous materials requiring personal protective equipment.
Physical Demands:
The Registered Nurse will exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10-20 pounds of force constantly to move objects or people.
Compensation:
Minimum offer: $30.84/hour.
Maximum offer: $39.33/hour.
Compensation is based on factors including experience, education, and business considerations.
