Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a Construction Litigation Associate Attorney to join itsgrowing Construction Litigation Practice Group in Orlando . This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated litigator to work on complex construction disputes, contract administration issues, and large-scale infrastructure projects.
Candidate Profile:

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Florida.
• 4+ years of substantive experience in construction litigation .
• Experience handling payment disputes, design and defect claims, and contract administration matters .
• Strong background in alternative dispute resolution, mediation, and arbitration proceedings .
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills with a proactive and strategic approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in construction litigation matters, including risk management , claims analysis , and dispute resolution .
• Handle all phases of litigation , including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions practice, and trial preparation.
• Advise clients on contract negotiation , procurement , and regulatory compliance related to large-scale infrastructure and development projects .
• Work closely with developers , contractors , owners , and insurers on construction-related legal issues.
• Manage multiple cases with asolutions-oriented approach and ensure high-quality client service.
