You will be an integral member of the DT - US team, and will be developing, distributing, supporting, and integrating standard methodologies and technology standards into enterprise applications to support Deloitte's business. Responsibilities: + Lead IT management, planning, architecture and design, engineering, deployment, operations, and maintenance of enterprise-wide solutions delivery and the product portfolio. + Lead and motivate delivery teams to deliver solutions with user-captivating experiences through rich visualization and Agile / SAFe development. + Plan and lead stages of related projects and how each affects the business, to include approving costs, timelines, and standards to be met, and monitoring these through each project. + Build 'trusted advisor' relationships with senior business leaders, as well as foster collaboration between technology teams. + Define technical evaluation criteria and participate in product selection for technology architecture domains. Resolve technical approaches at a directional level and ensure all major technical decisions result in a coherent systems design. + Foster support and product roadmap relationships with application vendors and handle and communicate upgrades and updates. + Develop annual strategy, budgets, work plans, and project schedules in partnership various collaborative partners. Maintain comprehensive budget and staff management plans, which will include full time US employees, India staff, contractors, and vendors. + You will prepare financial reports and forecasts and other ad-hoc financial analysis as requested.
