ServiceNow Developer

Position Overview:
Vetegrity is hiring for a Junior-level Developer to work as part of a team responsible for configuring and customizing the ServiceNow system to meet the needs of the customer. The ServiceNow Developer will:

1. Create workflows and build service requests based on customer’s specifications.
2. Use scripting tools and ServiceNow functionalities to automate rote tasks.
3. Perform system and integration testing; and monitor health, usage, and overall compliance within the application.
4. Generate reports for IT Managers as needed.

Relevant Skills and Experience

1. Experience with JavaScript is required
2. Familiarity with software development and design methodologies
3. Prior ServiceNow exposure/experience is preferred, but not required
4. Excellent troubleshooting skills
5. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Minimum Qualifications:

1. No direct demonstrated experience is needed for this position; but a qualified candidate must have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, System Engineering, Engineering Science, or a relevant technical discipline from an accredited College or University; OR
• Five (5) years of experience as a System Administrator, System Engineer, or Software Engineer may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree

DoD 8570 IAM Level 1 Certification or higher is required

Active TS/SCI-level clearance with polygraph clearance is required
