Sr. Software Developer
La Verne, CA (onsite)

Client is seeking a skilled Sr. Software Developer to join the team and play a critical role in upgrading to the Maximo Application Suite (MAS). This hands-on position requires expertise in configurations, integrations, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and configure Maximo systems, including application and database configuration, automation scripting, and security settings.
2. Implement and maintain MIF (Maximo Integration Framework) interfaces using JSON/SOAP XML and REST APIs.
3. Lead system upgrades, resolve technical issues, and oversee workflows, escalations, and migration management.
4. Configure Maximo mobile or 3rd-party mobile applications.
5. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and performance.

Required Skills and Experience:

1. 6+ years of experience providing technical support for Maximo (version 7.6.1.3 or later).
2. Hands-on expertise in Maximo configurations, including workflows, security groups, and automation scripts.
3. Strong understanding of relational databases and the Maximo data model.
4. Proficiency in programming languages like Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle SQL, Jython, Java, and working with REST APIs.
5. Positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and ability to work effectively with teams.

Preferred:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
2. Experience with IBM Maximo EAM technology.
3. Southern California residency (preferred).
