Reports to: EVP of Nor. Cal
The Manager helps oversee the San Francisco area brokerage office operations and P&L including: recruits, develops and manages sales associates, and office staff; handles listing agreements and negotiations and contract issues; handles client concerns; assists sales associates through any part of the listing to sale process as needed; and conducts sales meetings. Responsible for office and sales associate licensing with the appropriate state authority.
Responsibilities
- Co-manages the sales associate recruitment process for brokerage office.
- Establishes and manages recruiting goals for brokerage office.
- Identifies potential sales associates in the marketplace to recruit.
- Co-manages sales associate retention. Identifies sales associates and office staff that are potential flight risks. Consults with immediate manager and Corporate team to develop and implement a retention strategy to retain the top producers and performers.
