Client Summary:
- Mission: Enhancing doctors' capabilities with AI to improve healthcare access.
- Focus: Developing an all-in-one AI system for providers.

- Automation: Reduces administrative burdens before, during, and after patient visits.
- AI Support: Assists clinicians in real-time decision-making.
Position Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that drive revenue and market expansion.
- Build and implement a partnership compensation structure, including commission models.
- Lead negotiations and execute partnership agreements, ensuring mutual value creation.
- Establish processes and best practices for partner relationship management.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and executive leadership to align partnership strategies with business objectives.
- Build and scale a high-performing partnerships team from the ground up.
- Act as both an individual contributor and a team leader, balancing execution with strategic vision.
Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Founder experience or an entrepreneurial mindset is essential.
- Proven track record in building partnerships from scratch, ideally within AI, SaaS, or healthcare.
- Experience in corporate development, VC, or investment banking is a strong plus.
- Strong ability to structure deals, manage negotiations, and drive outcomes in complex partnership ecosystems.
- Demonstrated ability to build teams and functions from the ground up.
- Experience in the healthcare system or provider space is preferred but not required.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Comfortable operating in an early-stage environment with limited existing structure.

Compensation: $225k-$275k, Health Insurance, 401k, Paid Vacation
