Position Responsibilities:
- Product Narrative & Storytelling: Own and evolve product messaging that translates complex AI capabilities into clear, outcome-driven stories tailored to healthcare leaders, ensuring value resonates across executive, clinical, and IT audiences.
- Pricing & Packaging Strategy: Collaborate cross-functionally to design, optimize, and communicate pricing and packaging models that align with customer needs, drive profitability, and reinforce Aidoc’s value and differentiation.
- Go-to-Market Leadership: Lead GTM strategy for product launches and expansions, ensuring sales teams are equipped with tools, case studies, and ROI narratives that accelerate pipeline and drive adoption within existing accounts.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Gather and synthesize market, customer, and competitive insights to inform positioning, pricing strategies, and sales enablement materials like battle cards and competitive comparisons.
- Vertical & Industry Marketing: Develop targeted campaigns and thought leadership content tailored to key healthcare segments, positioning Aidoc as a trusted innovator in clinical AI and a leader in AI-driven care transformation.
- Cross-Functional Leadership & Performance: Align closely with Product, Sales, and Demand Generation teams, while mentoring a high-performing Product Marketing team and continuously optimizing strategies based on data and feedback.
Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of marketing experience, including 5+ years in senior product marketing leadership roles, preferably in SaaS, AI, or digital healthcare.
- Proven Track Record: Expertise in creating and executing GTM strategies, developing differentiated product positioning, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Pricing Expertise: Demonstrated success in developing, implementing, and optimizing pricing and packaging strategies that align with market needs and customer segments.
- Storytelling Mastery: Exceptional ability to craft and deliver compelling narratives tailored to diverse audiences, including C-suite executives, clinicians, and technical buyers.
Compensation: $240k-$250k
