Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Implementation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in supporting security systems and associated hardware. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of support and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support for Athena Security’s threat detection platform and hardware.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MDM software, iPads, and antivirus solutions.
- Deploy and manage iPads using Apple Configurator.
- Assist clients with Vanta integration and usage.
- Understand and manage IP addressing configurations.
- Harden systems to enhance security and protect against vulnerabilities.
- Automate tasks using scripting for MDM to streamline operations.
- Auto-load laptops (Mac only) and ensure seamless deployment.
- Document client interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and continuous improvement of our products and services.
Requirements:
- Proficiency with MDM software.
- In-depth knowledge of iPads, including deployment using Apple Configurator.
- Experience with antivirus solutions and Vanta.
- Strong understanding of IP addressing.
- Ability to harden systems and improve security measures.
- Knowledge of scripting for task automation in MDM environments is a plus.
- Experience with auto-loading Mac laptops (no Windows experience required).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a client support or technical support role preferred.
