Sr. Business Systems Analyst – Workday
Our client is looking for a talented individual to join their dynamic team, where you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge integrations and reporting within a well-established HR system. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the global implementation and maintenance of key HR business applications, working with a range of technologies to ensure seamless system performance. This is a 10+ month long contract.
- Location: Hybrid in Irvine, CA
- Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $60-67/hour + benefits

What You’ll Do:
- Support and maintain the Workday implementation from an integration perspective.
- Create and maintain Custom Integrations using Web Services, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Workday Studio.
- Maintain Workday Security and related documentation for global use.
- Develop and manage complex reports using Workday Reporting Platform, Workday Report Designer, and Calculated Fields.
- Test and debug program units while collaborating with other teams to ensure smooth integration and system performance.
What Gets You the Job:
- Proven knowledge of all Workday integration technologies, including Cloud Connect, EIB, and Workday Studio.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with global teams.
- Expertise in object-oriented programming, XML, XSLT, X-Path, and web services.
- Experience building integrations between Human Resources, Payroll, or Financial Management systems.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 5-7 years in a technical role, preferably with Workday HRIS.
