Sales

Location : Onsite in Dallas, TX

Position Overview:

Sales will focus on driving revenue growth by initiating and fostering relationships with potential clients through outbound cold calling. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in brokerage, leasing, or sales. However, we welcome individuals with a strong sales background and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to identify sales opportunities.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry insights to better serve clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Accurately record and manage client interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in outbound sales and cold calling.
  • Experience in brokerage, leasing, or real estate industries is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
  • Proven ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.
