Job Description

A Greenwich based private equity firm is looking for an Executive Assistant to support a Managing Partner. This is a great role for someone with a few years of administrative assistant experience, who is looking to take their administrative career to the next level. The responsibilities include:


  • Provide high-level support to the Managing Partner, including but not limited to calendar management, inbox management, travel coordination, expense report submissions, and meeting preparation.
  • Assist with internal/external event planning (as needed).
  • Heavy coordination of client due diligence meetings, investment annual meetings, and weekly staff meetings.
  • Support management company accounting with allocating expenses in Concur.
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion, ensuring privacy and security.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Managing Partner and other internal stakeholders, clients, and business partners (via drafting correspondence or other forms of communication).
  • Assist in managing personal and professional tasks for the Managing Partner, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve office efficiency and brainstorm solutions.
  • Liaise with external IT support teams to troubleshoot issues, act as administrator for various software systems.
  • Assist with updating PowerPoint presentations.
  • General day-to-day office management including answering phones, maintaining office equipment, greeting visitors, and distributing mail.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Job Skills and Abilities

  • 4 year college degree with good GPA
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficient in calendar management
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong follow-through
  • Tech savvy and highly organized
  • Self-starter that will thrive in an entrepreneurial and small team environment
  • Strong and clear communication skills with a mature demeanor, both written and verbal.
