Vaco Los Angeles is working with a client in the Manufacturing industry who is looking for a qualified Bilingual HR Assistant. This opportunity is looking for someone with a year of HR support experience to help assist and support the HR team. This opportunity is located in Vernon, LA and will be fully in office. Job Specifications:

• POC for any HR related questions
• Assisting with onboarding and new hire orientation
• Helping assist with HR special projects
• Managing all data entry and maintain employee files
• Helping assist with Payroll
• 1 plus year of HR experience required for role
• Someone working in a gritty manufacturing type environment required for role
• Bilingual in Spanish required for role
• Experience with ADP WFN required for role
• Bachelors Degree preferred
