Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and verify timekeeping
  • Manage garnishments
  • Handle inquiries and requests relating to payroll preparation
  • Calculate hours (including overtime and PTO)
  • Calculate bonuses and commissions
  • Ensure the accurate and timely payroll
  • Issue direct deposits
  • Manage tax forms, if necessary
  • Meet strict deadlines
  • Ensure compliance with all state, federal and local payroll wage and hour laws and practices
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Answer payroll related questions from employees
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Must keep confidentiality at all times


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED minimum education required
  • Associates Degree preferred
  • MUST Speak, Read and Write English fluently
  • Must be able to multitask with deadlines
  • Great organizational skills
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now a must
