Job Title : Call Center Representative
Location : Phoenix, AZ 85027
Pay rate: - $18/hr on W2- Weekly Payout
Duration: 3-6 Months of Contract to Hire + Possibility of extension or conversion into permanent (based on performance and attendance)
Schedule- Required to work 1 weekend day (Either Saturday or Sunday)
OFF DAYS: - 1weekendd day off and 1weekdayy off
Only late Afternoon and Evening Shifts are available (8-hour shifts) - Need someone to work overnight.
Job Description: Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be at the forefront of ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. Operating in an inbound call centre environment, you'll handle approximately 80-100 calls daily, addressing various credit card-related issues such as payments, lost/stolen cards, disputes, fraud, transaction review, and balance transfers. Your role involves adhering to performance metrics, delivering high-quality customer service, and escalating complex scenarios to the 2nd tier level of support when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with credit card profiles and various card-related issues, including payments, lost/stolen cards, disputes, fraud, transaction review, and balance transfers
- Handle an average of 80-100 inbound calls per day
- Adhere to performance metrics, including average handle time (3-5 minutes), customer feedback surveys, quality of service, and attendance.
- Escalate complex scenarios to the 2nd tier level of support for resolution
- In-depth training and regular support
Qualifications:
- 6+ months of customer service experience
- 6+ months of call center experience
- Financial services/banking experience -a plus, not required
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Basic Microsoft Office and email correspondence experience
