Job Description
The Associate Director, Influencer Strategy, will be responsible for developing and leading influencer strategy that authentically reinforces our Client's brand values while connecting with and shaping culture. This person will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing influencer campaigns, with a focus on identifying and solidifying relationships with authentic influencers and brand partners in order to build credibility for the brand. It's all about finding the right people and partners and telling powerful and distinct stories that will be our Client break through and leave lasting impact in the beauty space.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Analyze target audience drivers and personas to identify and cast influencers that align with the brand's values and objectives
  • Differentiate between influencers and creators, selecting the right combination of profiles to enhance brand visibility
  • Lead influencer campaigns as scale, ensuring seamless collaboration with influencers, brand teams and creative teams
  • Write comprehensive briefs and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the campaign process
  • Monitor influencer KPIs and campaign performance against business objectives to ensure maximum ROI
  • Provide guidance around how to integrate Influencer within the larger strategy
  • Contribution as a thought leader to the larger Strategy team

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or related roles
  • Familiarity with legal and ethical guidelines governing influencer marketing practice
  • Experience in developing digital, social and content strategies
  • Strong understanding of how to measure success and which metrics are the valuable ones according to objectives, digital channels, and formats
  • Somebody who is passionate about social media with an understanding of Platform business manager (i.e TikTok business manager, Meta business manager, Snapchat for Business)
  • Experience briefing and managing content creators and influencer.
  • Knowledge of paid social media campaigns - working with media agencies, understanding media measurements and paid creative best practices a plus

Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $130,000 annually. Salary is determined by a combination of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.

Media.Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Media.Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting. Media.Monks may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range.
