Job Description
Leverage Workday Data Insights to Enhance HR Strategies

Since going live with Workday in Spring 2021, we've accumulated a wealth of data but haven't fully capitalized on its potential. Our mission is to enable new capabilities and foster adoption among employees and managers. If you're up for the challenge, you'll be responsible for delivering insightful reporting and analytics that inform better decision-making.

As our HR Systems Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our teams with their daily use of Workday and other HR systems. Your primary tool will be Workday, and you'll transform data into actionable insights to enhance our business and HR strategies. We value your expertise and opinion, so your role goes beyond just creating reports. You'll analyze, refine, and deliver HR analytics to various stakeholders within the company.
As our HR System Analyst, you will:
  • Gather and assess the true needs for analytics from the Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) and Management Team, converting these requirements into reports and dashboards.
  • Lead HR data projects and initiatives, including analytics, dashboards, data consolidation, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the HR Leadership team to develop a quarterly people analytics strategy, providing workforce metrics for the HRBP team, Management, and the Board of Directors.
  • Work with the BI team to implement best practices for data cleanliness, insights, and reporting.
  • Actively participate in deploying new modules during upcoming Workday HCM phases, and work with Information Systems and Finance teams to connect Workday to other systems.
  • Collaborate with HR Systems colleagues to enhance Workday adoption and support daily operations, assisting managers and HRBPs.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
  • Analytic mindset with experience in complex data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Workday HCM, including administration, reporting, and configuration.
What would make you stand out:
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.
  • Experience collaborating with Human Resources and/or Business Intelligence teams.

Do you think you can bring this role to life? Or add your own color? You don't need to check every single box; passion goes a long way and we appreciate that skillsets are transferable.
