In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our HRBPs to pioneer scalable support strategies that maximize business impact. As our Senior Program Manager, you will:
  • Design and implement a comprehensive leadership development program tailored to operational leadership levels.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs to establish a support framework offering ongoing resources, guidance, and mentorship to frontline leaders across all business units.
  • Develop clear expectations for frontline leadership and drive alignment across the organization.
  • Cultivate collaboration and knowledge sharing among operational leaders from diverse departments to foster a cohesive leadership community.
  • Deliver targeted training programs to address identified gaps and elevate leadership capabilities.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
  • Proven track record as a senior HR professional, with a capacity to partner deeply and drive and deliver strategic outcomes with clear success indicators.
  • Strong, tactful communication skills in English and French, essential for effectively conveying complex ideas and engaging diverse audiences across North America and Europe.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing impactful leadership development programs, with a deep understanding of operational leadership requirements and challenges.
