SC&H's Accounting Solutions practice continues to expand our capabilities and we are focusing on identifying our next great hire as a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). The Manager of FP&A will collaborate with clients to build and/or enhance their annual planning and forecasting cycles, build upon current management reporting and monthly financial analysis of operations.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:- Work collaboratively with Accounting Solutions clients in the development, preparation and management of the planning, forecasting, and analysis of Financial and Operational budgets.
- Recommend appropriate KPI's for client's operating businesses.
- Help build and enhance budget and forecast cycles including targets, guidance, development of supporting models, and collaborating with clients to develop appropriate assumptions.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of clients financial planning and analysis systems.
Education:- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or other business-related degree is required.
- MBA, equivalent graduate degree, or advanced financial certification highly preferred.
Experience:- 5 plus years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting and/or accounting.
- Strong financial acumen with excellent working knowledge of Excel and experience building out financial models.
- Demonstrated proficiency with concepts, practices, and procedures of financial planning & analysis, data analytics and automation of manual processes | reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Competencies:- Excellent financial modeling experience required, with solid sensitivity, and risk-modeling experience.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Exhibit sound and accurate judgment and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with interruptions and deadlines.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
- Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
- Demonstrated ability to work with all levels of the staff and management both as a self-starter and in a team environment.
