Marketing Manager

Department: Marketing

Employment Type: Full Time

Location: Remote

Reporting To: Liz Recchia

Compensation: $90,000 - $115,000 / year

Description

Position Summary: Assist with projects and activities for marketing products or services by performing the following duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track past and future advertising in our database
  • Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels
  • Manage email campaign deployment
  • Manage internal email lists & segments
  • Track & analyze email campaign results
  • Optimize website experience
  • Manage social media content & content production
  • Prepare regular reports on social media performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement
  • Develop new lead magnets
  • Coordinate with vendors
  • Work with our SEO partners
  • Assist in the analysis and reporting of key metrics and performance of marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate and review content for web and email
  • Manage paperwork with vendors
  • Coordinate projects with internal departments and external freelancers/agencies (experience with Asana is a plus)
  • Monitor industry news and online mentions of company and competitor activity
  • Assist with other duties assigned


Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing preferred or equivalent experience; or four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
