What You'll Do:- C-Level Client Engagement (with Sales Partner) in the Europe & Africa region
- C-Level Agency Engagement (with Sales Partner) in the Europe & Africa region
- Cultivate and oversee the relationship with our Resellers, ensuring our partner has the support necessary for success.
- Work as the sales manager and drive sales initiatives with sales partners to grow revenue and to meet targets.
- Manage Partner performance, including communication with C-level executives and Sales Directors.
- Drive daily sales performance and hygiene tasks (e.g. Pipeline maintenance, etc)
- Develop and implement strategies for growing revenue market-wide, annual and quarterly business plans, and oversee their execution.
- Lead key cross-functional initiatives such as brand safety, marketing strategy in the market.
- Negotiate commercial terms with resellers to maximize mutual returns.
- Oversee agency trading terms in reseller markets, and track performance of those agreements across the deal term
- Guide resellers in implementing scalable ad-optimization and campaign delivery strategies while maintaining X's high-quality standards.
- Offer thought leadership on the social media landscape and X's position in the market
Who You Are:- You have in-depth knowledge of the media landscape.
- Direct experience in digital sales and marketing.
- Exceptional understanding of X as a consumer and advertising product.
- A sharp eye for innovations and emerging opportunities for using X in the media landscape.
- Well-established proficiency in business tools such as Keynote and Excel, with a general understanding of data visualization.
- Comfortable devising and conducting research projects.
Requirements:- 5-7+ years of related experience in digital media sales, partner management or business development.
- A motivated, data-driven team player with a strong drive to exceed targets, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an attention to detail, and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Ability to think creatively and critically in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous work environment.
