Director, Partner Management (International)
Location: New York (Onsite)
Base Salary Range: $200,000 - $280,000 + equity
The Content Partnerships team at X works with rights holders to bring real time video content to the Platform & Premium Content Opportunities to the Marketplace. The team is now looking for a highly respected and experienced media leader, with key content sales relationships, to manage a team of Partnership Managers across the globe, and work in concert with the sellers and own our relationship with broadcasters, sports teams, and Creators in the EMEA, LATAM, MENA, and APAC region to deliver high demand content packages that expedites revenue growth and creates efficiencies in GTM approach.
In this role you will work to provide strategic consultation to our Customers and help them maximize their efforts around video on X in terms of both engagement and monetization. The right candidate will be expected to quickly master how Amplify campaigns are sold and managed, help evangelize the product to agencies and brands and work closely with our broadcast partners. This role will be responsible to ignite short and long term growth and balance oversight with managing the content partner relationships and driving content sales - both through internal sales channels and motivating partner led sales.
Responsibilities:- Accountable for content partnerships and revenue growth in the EMEA, LATAM, MENA, & APAC regions
- Work closely with management to define and build out our long-term video and monetization strategy and tools.
- Build solid partnerships with the video teams at Major Agencies, Media Outlets, and Sports Organizations
- Collaborate with internal sales teams and external agencies to define, prioritize, package, and market Sponsorship opportunities
- Train our internal sales teams and external agency to sell Sponsorship programs & define & execute all sales enablement
- Drive content partners to integrate X into their core media and monetization strategy
- Evangelize the value of X with high-profile Influencers and Creators to scale active users across the globe
- Create and maintain the primary internal marketing channels for priority Sponsorship programs
- Key stakeholder internally to ensure the success of our content partners and advertisers via policy, ad ops, product, safety, etc.
- Drive marketplace affinity through participation, press, case studies & best practice modeling.
- Serve as an intermediary and representative with any platform & partner issues

- 12+ years work experience including entertainment industry experience
- Strong relationships with marketplace in selling social, content and video
- Experience and understanding of media buying and media planning, especially with larger holding companies
- Experience working on large content partnerships with contractual complexities and restrictions
- Experience of working with top publishers in gaming, creators, music, sports and entertainment
- Strong product and project management experience
- Experience conducting data-driven analyses to drive decision-making.
