The Swift Group is looking for a Software Engineer who will apply the latest technology and provide operational support to deliver actionable intelligence for the Intelligence Community. As part of the team, the successful candidate will support the front-end development services in support of mission data availability.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, and solid educational training in software engineering
• Experience in Java and/or JavaScript
• Experienced with Spring Boot framework, development of REST APIs, ability to troubleshoot requests through microservices
• Experience with HTML and CSS
• BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or other relevant degrees (5 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree)
• US citizenship with an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in AWS/C2S, particularly reading from SQS queues and S3 buckets
• Experience developing in a microservices environment
• Experience with Spring Cloud
• Experience in one or more front-end frameworks: Angular (preferred), React, Vue, TypeScript, Angular Material library, state management
• Experience in NodeJS
• Experience with Elasticsearch (querying documents, efficiently writing documents, managing search index structure and mapping
• MA/MS Degree
