About the Role:The role of HR Director will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with the organization's overall objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of HR best practices, and a proactive approach to driving HR initiatives. The HR Director will oversee all aspects of HR management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
- Oversee and ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations; oversee the improvement of policies and procedures as necessary.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team; mentor and develop HR staff to enhance their professional growth.
- Partner with senior management to understand business goals and anticipate HR needs; provide strategic advice and counsel on HR matters.
- Lead and participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.
Key Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing HR strategies that support organizational objectives.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations; experience ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing HR team, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make recommendations based on HR metrics.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High level of integrity and professionalism; ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
